A also use tab manager if my computer has problem but this is the first time experience that menu bar and tab could missing.

Really good post…
I faced same problem couples of months back.However, I don’tknow What can I do.I asked to my friends and search in Internet,but I can’t. Finally I uninstalled my IE and re-installed.
Thank you for sharing this essence of technical things…keep posting.

I haven’t seen that funky task manager, though I have had the problem with all the tabs disappearing. Glad to read this, because now I won’t panic if I see that.
