This is a great blog. The information is well researched and very helpful. It is good to see that you have put in so much of work behind it without which it would not have been possible. Keep up the good work.

I’m not an IT professional, far from it, but I got infected, or rather my laptop got infected, about a month ago. You think you’re covered, the software sits there on your laptop doing its thing and showing you reports that it’s doing its thing, but really your back door is wide open.
Gonna go get the ebook now!
This is a really good read, stuffed with a lot of information. Looks like a site to bookmark!
Thanks Ajay

As far as I am concerned i can tell i have stopped getting virus and spyware as soon as I stopped opeining file from unknown e-mail. of course i can still get them from websites but i think that nowadays with great browsers such a Firefox this is more rare…

Thanks for alerting all of us. We do not know where the virus, harmful adwares & spywares are hidden since Internet is called as a global market place & we would needed to seriously think of protecting our PC’s & Laptops in any such situations.
Thanks again for important information,
Regards,
Krishna

I guess most of the people involved in the security assignments in a large corporation would already be aware of the things mentioned in the Post. Even then it is quite informative for a non security professional like me. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks again for important information,
