Life on Mars: Beyond our believe
If any one says that hey there is life on Mars he will be a matter of jokes and laughter. But the recent picture from NASA’s Explorer vehicle SPIRIT may prove this true. According to this picture which has created havoc in Blogosphere and Internet, there seems to be a lady sitting on a rock with her hands strected outwards. When I saw the picture I could not believe my eyes. Here have a look at the much hyped picture:
There are many such images sent by NASA’s SPIRIT which landed on MARS 4 years ago. Even after looking at this picture there is a wide range of controversy currently going on. No body is ready to believe the existence of life in MARS. In todays’ digital world it will just take click of mouse to recreate such image and fool people. This alien as claimed enthusiasts may be a rock which has been taken the shape of a human after many years of wear and tear.
Here is the detail story with more pictures published in the Daily Mail news paper of United Kingdom.

If there is life on Mars… it surely isn’t human beings on Mars. I highly suspect that other planets in our solar system, or other solar systems contain life, but I find it hard to believe that a planet so close to us would contain life that has advanced life that is so close to us.

I don’t see a woman or anything that looks humanly…. I just see rocks.
Comment by Halifax on 25 January 2008:
Is this for real or is just a major hoax?
The say it`s a woman`s form.
Is this just propaganda?

@ John City, I don’t think there is life in our solar system, but who knows in other system ?

Just an editorial note: Did you mean for your title to be “Beyond our belief”?
My family has been enjoying the “Mars Rising” show on the Discovery channel. Glad to see it, since I’d been missing the “let’s colonize space” movement I remember from my childhood sci-fi readings.

@ SFWD
Thanks for identifying it. I was expecting some one to identify it on the same day I posted this.

Hi, well I saw that picture yesterday, I agree it is confusing but you still can’t be sure, I mean why there is only one woman? shouldn’t there more than one person or something?
I hope that will not be something like an ads the purpose of it is to shake the world or something like this,
Anyway, I think the next coming will prove the truth for us,
Thank you very much,
Best regards.

While I am a big fan of the idea of exploring space and see it as our only hope for the future, I am quite certain that the picture is of a rock formation. Taken at any different angle, it would be clear. Much like the “face on mars” conspiracy from 10 years ago, it is just light and shadow playing a trick on our eyes. In my opinion.

I will wait and see, but I don’t think it’s an alien. It doesn’t have tentacles!

Interesting bit, I didn’t know about this, I think I’ll go see if I can find more stuff about it. Its always fascinating to see pics of other planets.

Saw the pictures still not convinced
Comment by Todd on 5 February 2008:
It could be a being from (or not from) Mars.
Or it could be from a past civilization.
It really looks like a statue , left intact from an earlier date!
Looks like mars might have life at an earlier time.

Would be great wouldn’t it some hot alien babe waiting for some lonely astronaut to keep her company.
